Accessibility
Accessibility
statement.
Everyone should be able to find out about these burial plots and get in touch with the seller, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
The standard we aim for
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and shows a visible outline around the control in focus.
- Text and controls meet the AA colour-contrast levels. Availability is written in words, not shown by colour alone.
- Photos have text descriptions. The photo carousel never moves by itself and respects your reduced-motion setting.
- The plot list is a table with column headers. Every field in the inquiry form has a label, and the form works without JavaScript.
- Pages reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom.
- Before changes go live, we run automated accessibility checks (axe) and a keyboard check.
Known limitations
- On narrow screens, the plot table scrolls sideways inside its own box.
- The link to the cemetery's own website leads to a site we do not control.
